Our Company
Total Building Maintenance is a privately owned, full-service janitorial company based in Carrollton, Texas. Due to client demand, we have expanded business operations to California, Maryland, Illinois and Colorado. We offer the perfect balance of quality and customer service backed by decades of experience.

Our History
Total Building Maintenance is an American success story. Founded by two people from diverse, minority backgrounds, Total Building Maintenance, Inc., started with fewer than 10 customers in Dallas/Ft. Worth. Now, TBM is Dallas’ premier cleaning service and has hundreds of loyal clients all over Texas and beyond.
